The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and administrative activities, including managing upgrade testing, roles and privileges configurations, and sub-ledger setups for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). This role requires strong expertise in accounting order management, object migration, and client implementation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Fusion Finance AdministrationOversee Oracle Fusion Finance module, focusing on admin activities such as upgrade testing, roles and privileges configuration, and subledger setups (AP, AR, GL).
    Manage and execute upgrade testing planning, review release notes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Accounting Order ManagementApply expertise in order management and assist in guiding clients through system implementations, addressing access issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Object MigrationPerform migrations from development to production environments, ensuring successful deployments and addressing any post-migration issues.

  • Client and Stakeholder CollaborationProvide clear guidance to clients, supporting their objectives and successful implementation.
    Facilitate communications with stakeholders and collaborate with integration and technical teams.

  • Troubleshooting and SupportTroubleshoot access issues, role permissions, and respond to incidents promptly, conducting root cause analyses to resolve issues.

  • Process EnhancementOversee and enhance the 'Purchase to Pay' process in partnership with key stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Asset Management.

  • Demonstrations and TrainingConfigure and deliver software demonstrations, helping clients and teams understand the softwares capabilities and benefits.

  • Client Implementation and Go-liveWork directly with clients to execute implementation plans for a successful go-live, focusing on modules such as procurement, AP, and Expense Management.

Requirements

  • Oracle Fusion Finance Expertise:
    Profound understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and admin activities, including upgrade testing, roles and privileges configurations, and subledger (AP, AR, GL) setups.

  • Accounting and Finance Knowledge:
    Strong grasp of accounting order management, with familiarity in Accounting (AP, AR, GL), Audits, Financial Services, SaaS, or related industries.

  • Fusion Admin Activities:
    Hands-on experience in planning and executing upgrade tests, analyzing release notes, and managing stakeholder communications.

  • Roles and Privileges Configuration:
    Proven skills in configuring roles and privileges, along with troubleshooting access and role permission issues.

  • Subledger Configuration:
    Expertise in configuring AP, AR, and GL subledger accounts.

  • Standard Business Practices:
    Understanding of industry best practices in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Order Management (Billing and Invoicing).

  • Object Migration:
    Experienced in migrating objects from development environments to production.

  • Client Management Skills:
    Skilled in managing client relationships, implementing plans, and ensuring successful implementations and go-live outcomes.

  • Specialization in Oracle Fusion Core Setup:
    In-depth knowledge of core setups, including Legal Entity, Business Unit, Chart of Accounts, AP, and AR.

  • Service Requests:
    Proficient in handling service requests with Oracle support.
