Experience with SOAP, .NET Framework 4.8, 3.5, 4, and .NET Core 2.1 (mostly older versions).
Strong understanding of Oracle databases, including logic implementation at the DB level.
Proficiency in C#, PL/SQL, C++, PHP, Angular, JavaScript.
Ability to work on a team providing development and maintenance services for critical information systems.
Must be fluent in Lithuanian.
